Straightforward pricing built around your environment.
No obligation — just an initial view of the likely asset allowance, platform scope and subscription options.
Four factors shape your subscription.
There is no hidden formula. Your proposal is built from the size of your environment and the outcomes you need from it.
Assets
The number of unique assets Rebasoft manages — the primary basis for licensing.
Deployment
Whether the platform is hosted by you, by an authorised partner, or delivered within a managed service.
Subscription term
Annual or multi-year — longer agreements can offer price protection and improved commercial terms.
Services
Implementation, integration, training, enhanced support and professional services, where required.
A simpler way to license your technology platform.
One commercial model that scales with the environment — not with the number of people who need to see it.
Licensed by asset
Pricing reflects the size of the managed environment.
No per-user charges
Operations, security, risk, compliance and executive teams can all use the platform.
No duplicate counting
Multiple observations of the same asset are consolidated into a single asset record.
Flexible subscription options
Annual and multi-year agreements are available.
Clear commercial scope
Included capabilities and services are confirmed before purchase.
Built to grow
Asset capacity and additional capabilities can be added as requirements develop.
One platform replaces five separate purchases.
Rebasoft can reduce the need for separate tools across five areas that most organisations buy, integrate and administer independently.
Asset & Service Intelligence
Continuous discovery and a live inventory, rather than a separate discovery or CMDB-population tool.
Vulnerability Management
Exposure identified and prioritised in context, rather than a standalone scanner and a separate prioritisation effort.
Secure Configuration
Continuous configuration and control measurement, rather than a separate compliance-evidence platform.
User Access & Identity
Account, privilege and access visibility, rather than a separate identity audit or reporting tool.
Relationship & Dependency Mapping
Dependencies and business-service context, rather than a separate mapping or service-modelling exercise.
Where the cost actually accumulates.
Separate tools
Organisations often buy, integrate and operate several platforms to cover discovery, vulnerability insight, configuration assurance, mapping and reporting — and pay for each of them more than once.
- Multiple software subscriptions and renewals
- Infrastructure and hosting for each platform
- Repeated implementation and integration projects
- Separate administration, updates and support contracts
- Reporting assembled by hand from several systems
- Internal effort spent reconciling data that never quite agrees
With Rebasoft
One subscription, one deployment and one set of data behind every report — so the cost sits in the platform rather than in the effort of holding it all together.
- One subscription covering the capabilities in scope
- A single deployment — hosted by you, a partner or as a managed service
- One implementation covering the capabilities in scope
- One platform to administer, update and support
- Reporting drawn from one connected data set
- One shared view for operations, security, compliance and leadership
Judge it on total cost, not on licence price.
Most organisations do not have a tool problem — they have a visibility problem, and they are paying several times over to solve it. A like-for-like comparison based on your current technology stack and operating model will usually tell you more than any list price.
Where the value usually appears
Reduced tool sprawl, less audit and evidence preparation, faster remediation, better use of the security investments you already own, fewer unknown assets and improved compliance outcomes. Rebasoft or an authorised partner can help build that comparison with you.

The questions most customers ask first.
How is Rebasoft priced?
Rebasoft is primarily licensed based on the number of unique assets included in your subscription.
The final price may also reflect:
- Deployment and hosting
- The subscription term
- Implementation and integration
- Training, support or professional services
Your proposal will clearly explain what is included and what, if anything, is priced separately.
What does Rebasoft consider an asset?
An asset is a unique technology resource identified and managed by Rebasoft.
Depending on your environment, this may include:
- Network devices
- Physical and virtual servers
- End-user devices
- Cloud resources
- Security appliances
- IoT and operational technology
- Applications
- Other connected technology resources
The precise asset definition and counting method will be confirmed in your proposal.
Are duplicate records counted separately?
No. Rebasoft licenses unique assets rather than individual IP addresses, interfaces or observations.
When the same asset is identified across multiple data sources, Rebasoft typically consolidates the available information into a single asset record.
Does Rebasoft charge by user or location?
No. Rebasoft does not charge separately for each authorised user or physical location. Licensing is primarily based on the total number of assets and the capabilities included within the subscription.
This allows operations, security, compliance, risk and executive users to access the platform without additional per-user licence charges.
What is included in the subscription?
A Rebasoft subscription will normally include:
- Access to the licensed capabilities
- The agreed asset allowance
- Software updates
- Product maintenance
- Standard support
- Standard reporting
- Access for authorised users
Implementation, hosting, bespoke integrations, enhanced support, training and professional services may be included or priced separately. Any additional charges will be clearly identified before an order is placed.
How can I estimate my costs?
Start by estimating the number of unique assets across your:
- On-premises infrastructure
- Cloud environments
- Virtual and container workloads
- Network infrastructure
- End-user estate
- IoT and operational technology
- Security infrastructure
Rebasoft or an authorised partner can then help confirm the appropriate asset allowance, capabilities and deployment model.
Asset licensing & capabilities
How are discovered, temporary and inactive assets treated?
Assets recorded within Rebasoft are normally included in the licensed asset count.
Assets that are no longer required can be deleted. Once deleted, they will no longer be counted or available for reporting and historical analysis.
If a deleted asset is rediscovered, it may be added back to the platform and included in the asset count.
Is there a minimum licence requirement?
No standard minimum asset volume or minimum annual subscription value is applied.
Where a minimum commitment is appropriate, it will depend on the required capabilities, deployment model, implementation scope and support arrangements. Any minimum commitment will be confirmed before an order is placed.
What happens if our asset count increases?
Your subscription will include an agreed asset allowance.
If sustained growth exceeds that allowance, additional capacity can be added during the subscription term. Short-term fluctuations and sustained growth may be treated differently under your agreed subscription terms.
Can we reduce our licensed asset volume?
Asset volumes can normally be reviewed at renewal.
Any reduction will depend on the existing agreement, minimum commitments, subscription term and any agreed multi-year or volume arrangement. Reductions do not normally apply retrospectively or result in a refund during the current term.
Which Rebasoft capabilities can be included?
Your subscription may include:
- Asset discovery and intelligence
- Vulnerability management
- Secure configuration
- Network and traffic intelligence
- Relationship and dependency mapping
- Business service mapping
- Network access control
- Compliance assurance
- Control validation
- Executive and board reporting
Your proposal will identify the capabilities included. Additional capabilities can be added as your requirements develop.
How does Rebasoft compare with buying separate tools?
Rebasoft combines capabilities that organisations may otherwise need to purchase, integrate and operate separately.
A meaningful comparison should therefore consider the total cost of ownership, including:
- Multiple software subscriptions
- Infrastructure
- Implementation and integration
- Administration
- Support and maintenance
- Reporting
- Internal operational effort
Rebasoft can help prepare a like-for-like comparison based on your current technology stack and operating model.
Subscription terms and renewals
What subscription terms are available?
Rebasoft offers annual and multi-year subscriptions.
Longer-term agreements may provide:
- Greater budget certainty
- Price protection
- Improved commercial terms
- Reduced renewal administration
- Support for longer-term programmes
Available options will be confirmed in your proposal.
How is the subscription invoiced?
Subscriptions are normally invoiced annually in advance.
Alternative arrangements may be considered for larger, strategic or multi-year agreements. The payment schedule will be documented in your proposal and order form.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Your proposal and invoice will confirm:
- The applicable currency
- Tax treatment
- Payment terms
- Invoice schedule
Is multi-year price protection available?
Yes. Price protection can be agreed as part of a multi-year subscription.
The available terms will depend on the subscription length, asset volume, payment structure, solution scope and overall commercial commitment.
How do renewals work?
Before renewal, Rebasoft or your authorised partner can review:
- Current and expected asset volumes
- Platform usage
- Additional capability requirements
- Support and hosting requirements
- The most appropriate future term
The renewal date, notice period and renewal conditions will be defined in your agreement.
Can we purchase a perpetual licence?
Rebasoft is primarily offered on a subscription basis.
Customers with a specific commercial, regulatory or procurement requirement can discuss alternative arrangements with Rebasoft.
Free trials and evaluations
What is included in a Rebasoft trial?
A Rebasoft trial gives you access to the same core platform used by paying customers. It is designed around agreed business and technical objectives within your own environment.
Before the evaluation begins, we will agree:
- The capabilities being tested
- The asset allowance
- The evaluation period
- Deployment requirements
- Measures of success
How long does a trial last?
The trial period depends on:
- The size of the environment
- The use cases being evaluated
- The deployment model
- The agreed success criteria
The evaluation period and any asset allowance will be agreed before deployment.
Is support included during the trial?
Yes. Rebasoft or an authorised partner will help with deployment, configuration, interpretation of results and assessment against the agreed success criteria.
Will we need to redeploy after the trial?
Normally, no. Where the trial has been deployed in line with the intended production design, it can usually be converted into a paid subscription without repeating the deployment.
What happens to our trial data if we do not proceed?
Access will end in accordance with the agreed trial terms.
For hosted deployments, trial data will be retained and securely deleted in accordance with the applicable retention policy. For on-premises deployments, customer data remains within the customer environment.
